Hi! I'm your mentor Kathleen Hart!

I have been following a low carb lifestyle since 2013.I was able to succeed on this diet and lose all the weight 3 times... 3 times I tried, 3 times I succeeded. Why 3 times though?- You are probably asking. Well, when I started on this journey I was overweight and ready to look amazing in my wedding dress. My sister handed me the book The 100 by Jorge Cruise and that ended my yo-yo dieting. I had finally found a diet I could turn into a lifestyle. I dropped 50 pounds relatively quickly, got to my goal weight and kept it all off until Summer 2017 when I got pregnant with my son. During pregnancy I ate all the foods. In fact, I ate too much of all the foods... ha! I gained over 55 lbs during that pregnancy but when I restarted my low carb diet in the Fall of 2018 I dropped the weight again and maintained at my goal weight until I found out I was pregnant again- this time with my daughter in the Summer of 2019. During this pregnancy I was a little more mindful but I do love food and I gained another 55 lb. I recently lost the weight for the third time this past year in 2020 - yes, during a pandemic and during one of the most trying years yet. Right now, I am currently maintaining at my goal weight of 131 lb! I am setting new goals and achieving them faster than ever! I am determined to help as many people as I can showing them that diets don't have to be hard. It's all about taking the correct, actionable steps and believing in yourself!
